Guard (Petite and Cheval)

 

7:45am Band room doors open for Petite and Cheval. Move floor(s) to gym.

8:00am Rehearse well!

9:00am Petite and Cheval: Load trailer. Wear your warm-ups. Gather uniform/

belongings/FOOD!!

9:30am Depart East Lincoln. Bring snack food. Bring $5 for bus ride.

10:45am Arrive at Sun Valley High School. Parents are welcome to enter the stands.

11:47am Petite- Official warm-up

12:22pm Petite- PERFORM!!!!!

12:30pm Load floor and equipment; change out of uniforms. Eat lunch, watch groups.

3:47pm EL Percussion performs; load trailer; Cheval- stretch; dress; make-up

5:59pm Cheval- Official warm-up

6:34pm Cheval- PERFORM!!!!!!

6:40pm Load floor and equipment; put on warm-ups. Return to watch the final groups.

7:45pm Awards- Captains Only Retreat. All members must sit together in the stands and

react PROFESSIONALLY to any placement.

10:30pm Return time is TBA. All performers will call home with an approx. arrival time by 9:00pm. If performers wish to ride home with parents, they need to provide a parental permission form prior to departing with them. These performers will also be responsible for taking their equipment home with them and ensuring that it gets back to school for the next practice.

 

 

Percussion

11:00am Arrive at ELHS – Load Truck

11:45am Depart for Sun Valley HS – Please bring a bag lunch to eat on the bus!

1:00pm Arrive at Sun Valley High

3:47pm Percussion Performance Time

6:34pm Cheval Performance Time – Percussion will help pull tarp for Cheval

7:45pm Awards- Captains Only Retreat. All members must sit together in the stands and

react professionally to any placement.

10:30pm Return time is TBA. All performers will call home with an approx. arrival time. If performers wish to ride home with a parent, they need to provide a written note prior to departing with them.
